This beach condo needed to be cosmetically remodeled to be rented out as quickly and well priced as possible. I changed the carpet for a wood floor. The walls are mainly neutral with a couple of light and sunny colors on a few accent walls. To give more of a modern and hip look to the living space, I altered the fireplace, getting read of the mantel to have a travertine flush fireplace frame.

This condo got a complete remodel, except for the cabinetry. What has been done: lighting, flooring, bathroom (with travertine slab countertop, new hansgrohe fixtures, Starck Faucets, 18X18 travertinen tiles), kitchen (new appliances, granite countertop, stainless steal sink, Graff Faucet), fireplace (travertine), window covering (shutters and drapery). This condo has an eclectic feel with a mixture of african art, and modern clean line furniture.
